Sacre Bleu, French for sacred or holy blue, has been the classic color of France since the 15th century. Religion and politics both have claimed this color to be the color of courage. This collections of blues was inspired by summers that designer Kaari Meng of French General spent in France collecting and dying linen scraps into a beautiful shade of Woad blue. This collection from French General features three of Kaari's favorite blues: French Blue, Woad Blue and Indigo with a bit of Ciel Bleu woven into the line for a subtle play of colors. 43/44" wide. 100% cotton.
