The April project from the 2025 Patchwork Place Quilt Calendar is the Flower Basket quilt designed by Amanda Niederhauser. The project calls for 60 - 2.5" strips. This bundle of scrappy 2.5" strips contains 30 unique fabrics from designers such as Kim Diehl, Stacy West of Buttermilk Basin, Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings and other designers with similar styles. Collect this bundle and the 30-strip bundle from Mountain Creek Quilt Shop to have 60 scrappy fabrics to use in your quilt. You will also need 1.75 yards of background and 5/8 yard of binding fabric.
The pattern is also found in the original Playful Precut Quilts book by Amanda Niederhauser. Note we also stock her follow-up to this very popular book which is called More Playful Precut Quilts.
