iCraftR DECO FOIL TM Transfer Adhesive is a nontoxic, permanent liquid adhesive that the Deco Foils transfer to. This adhesive can be used on any porous surface and is washable on fabric projects. This also adds dimension when used to freehand or stencil. Use delicate cold cycle to wash or hand wash. No dryer or dry cleaning, lay flat to dry.
