Sewing Sewcial 2025 Finishing Kit Alexa

This finishing kit is partially pre-cut for you! All of the strips for the blocks and pieced outer border will be pre-cut, allowing you to very quickly make the sub-cuts and get started sewing!

The kit allows you to finish your twelve 2025 Sewing Sewcial blocks into a throw size quilt.  Finished size is 56 x 76 inches. The twelve Sewing Sewcial blocks must be purchased separately.  Kit includes fabric for the additional pieced half log cabin blocks used in the setting, borders and binding along with the pattern.  Backing must be purchased separately and 3.5 yards are needed.

This quilt is easy to add an additional border to if you wish to make a larger size quilt.  Purchase 2.25 yards of the border fabric of your choice.  This will allow you to cut length of fabric strips for the four borders and binding to match. We would suggest cutting four 6.5" length of fabric strips for the borders and four 2.5" length of fabric strips for the binding. There are lots of great options from this collection. With these optional borders added your finished quilt size would be 68 x 88 and you would need 5.5 yards of backing.
