This super quick little topper can be on your table in time for Valentines Day! Kit includes fabric for the top and binding along with the pattern. The binding included in the kit is pre-made and ready to go for an even speedier finish to your project! Binding is 2.5" wide double-fold binding which is 1.25" wide folded and ready to sew to your quilted project. Backing is not included and 3/4 yard is recommended.
