Finished size 69.5 x 79 inches. Kit features flannels from the Living the Dream flannel collection designed by Dan DiPaolo for Clothworks. Kit includes fabric for the top and binding along with the pattern. Backing is not included and 5 yards are needed. We planned this kit to include enough fabric for a wider outer border than what is called for in the pattern. There is a note in your kit that explains the size to cut the outer border at.
