This shop hop wasn't just created by a group of quilt shop owners. It was created by a group of friends. A group of friends from all over the nation who wanted to create something special for you! Participating shops are located all across the United States, from California to Colorada, Iowa and Minnesota to Texas. The official shop hop dates are May 1st to May 31st, 2026.
The 6 participating shops have designed a quilt block for this event featuring a common set of patriotic colored batiks. Each shop has curated a selection of coordinating accent fabrics which you'll find in their block and finishing kits. The 18 inch quilt blocks are pre-cut for ease and accuracy. Visit each participating shop's website to place your block order using the convenient links found on the Sewing Sewcial website at www.sewingsewcial.com. When your blocks arrive you can head straight to your sewing machine and piece them since we did the cutting for you! How sweet is that!

There is also a larger kit option that features all 6 quilt blocks. You can collect your blocks and then pick your favorite from the finishing kit options.
